Dear Paola,
Congratulations, we at RUPRI and IICA are pleased to inform you that you have been selected as a student for the Rural Policy Course in Canada. This activity is part of RUPRI-IICA collaborative program “The Alliance for Rural Americas”.
The 2006 class will have about 25 students from several countries. We do hope that the knowledge shared by the participants, student and faculty alike, will be useful to you in the near future. The Latin-Americans students participating are: Airton Junior (Brazil), Paola Vanegas (Colombia) and Maria Dolores Lettelier (Argentina).
RUPRI has granted you a scholarship that covers most of the course expenditures; that is, registration fees and room and board. However, you will need to pay the transportation fees (plain ticket and other miscellaneous expenditures US$ 150) and some cash to pay weekend meals (approximately US$ 200)

Creo que esta es la mejor noticia de las últimas dos semanas... no sabe lo feliz que acaba de hacerme leyendo estoy... me siento muy orgullosa de tener amigas tan pilas como sumercé y el resto de brujas.

Como hasta ahora me doy cuenta... Aunque ya sabia, debo decir que estoy feliz mi nigna se crecio, carajo!!!! Se va pa las Canadas... Sniffffff. Celebramos!!!!
